To effectively manage the allocation of our private luxury transport fleet and reserve top-tier, government-certified guides for your specific travel dates, we have implemented a structured cancellation policy.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If a guest requests a cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour start time, they are eligible for a 100% full refund of their booking amount.
If a cancellation request is submitted between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time, a 50% partial refund will be issued. This covers the administrative and holding costs incurred for blocking our premium vehicles and expert guides.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, as well as 'No-Shows', are entirely non-refundable. At this stage, our private luxury vehicles, chauffeurs, and professional guides are fully locked in and dispatched, making it impossible to reallocate these resources.
